Until now, you had to buy the whole package.

Now you can see how this great jig works on the Shop Video.  You
can now see all the tricks and this explicit production jig in action.
Plus many more tips for your shop and Table Saw.
Of course, we will give you credit towards an upgrade if you
choose to purchase the complete
Mascut 1.0 in the future.
The
Mascut video fills a huge void between the Engineer, and the
occasional Woodworker.  After all of the shops we have visited, we regreted
seeing so many machines and capable woodworkers, and shops who don't
know how to duplicate.  This can mean a huge lose of potential work.

The video is a whole new pro-active solution.
Many engineers have to know how to make a production jig
and most machinists can do very precision work, but this discipline
is seldom communicated to the average woodworker.
The
Mascut video has no comparison in any known book,
video, or magazine article.  Until now, the guarded technique
of duplication took years to acquire. This Video can now help
generate more volume, and more precision, addressing machines
sitting idle or dormant in many and woodworking shops.

As of 3-03, the video/DVD is not sold
individually, but is currently included
only with the Mascut 1.0

Box Joints, or finger joints, are a durable and long lasting method
of jointing wood.  They were used for years by industry for reliability
and were gradually taken over by plastic and cardboard boxes.   A reason
for mastering them is that they can apply to woods that are normally
difficult to glue.  Many exotic woods belong in this category as they
contain oils that can cause joint failure.  Cheese boxes, guns, and shipping crates
were made with these joints for over a century. Companies use to have saws
dedicated with special blades, but they can also be made on a table saw
with a few very important procedures.

NOTICE:  about kick back on a table saw....

Observe all safety rules when using a table saw.  Always use an overhead blade guard or a fixed blade guard on a crosscut fixture.  Kickback can occur with a crosscut fence or rip fence.  With a crosscut fence,  it usually happens when your work piece is not held tightly, or it is  tilted on your return cut.  On your rip fence it occurs when your work piece binds between the blade and table saw fence.  (Usually when an operator stops mid-cut and decides to back-up)   Kickback is a violent launch of your work-piece and can be  very dangerous.
