With
the rise of computers we could lose much of our skill at duplication. CNC machines
require few adjustments after the machines are programmed. All the movements and
processes are done mechanically with little thought or human engagement. This is
consistent, but very costly. CNC requires experience and an intense learning
curve to
achieve the end product. Also, for the home shop, farm
shop, and most small
shops, CNC machines are very expensive.

The Mascut 1.0 can make
tons of Drawers like in this old store!

It's not
about having the tools that you want...it's
about wanting the tools you've
got. Most people don't realize that a common table
saw can be transformed into an accurate and
consistent duplication machine.
Even older machines can be rebuilt to work well, a then set up for volume
work.
George...
A duplication device
can be easily set up
on your table saw to accurately cut
rabbit and groove joints, finger joints, consistently spaced dado’s, end
cuts, blanks and more. Incidentally, there is one joint that you can use for
almost
every wood project and it is called the "Rabbit and Groove"
joint.
This joint is very strong and made very easily with our fixture.
After learning
to use this jig, you might realize that everything else is
just too
complicated. If you do custom work and ever thought "how

I come up with a highly accurate woodworking device to bring in some
component work, Xtra
Products has your solution.

A parade... All of these were
made in our shop,
with the MASCUT 1.0!
When the concept for this device
was first discovered it was the
typical "AH-HA .... this-is-awesome"
reaction. Everyone expects
something so productive to be very
complicated. They expect a device crammed
and bloated with parts, knobs,
and strange attachments. Mostly, the truth is
perceived as
impossible, so most people will expect to see something very
sophisticated
looking. It's not. Remember...AT&T,
who at one time thought
that E-mail and the Internet would not
benefit them? We would not
have self-adhesive stamps if someone
didn't say, "let's find a better
way."
Just why wasn't I ever told about
the MASCUT ?

Invest
in tools and knowledge. Learn all about duplication,
automation, and quality. Realize that knowledge is bought
by
employers every day. Learn, raise your own stock value,
work hard,
enterprise, create and contribute.
There is nothing better.
Woodjig.com provides the information and devices
necessary for small woodshops to possibly
grow into productive enterprises. We have sold our devices to many small shop owners
who have not
had the experience or the means to duplicate or make
things in volume. The methods, products, and
techniques available to woodworkers at woodjig, are a giant leap in the direction of
"volume manufacturing,
CNC and even job creation."
The Mascut is a remarkable "gauge controlled " wood jig that is a genuine breakaway from anything available to ambitious, forward thinking
"small industrialists". Currently,
there is no other known book, school, club or video that can reveal a similar devise or technique, which took a whole career to learn and put down into words and on video. It is offered after one woodworking enthusiast spent many unproductive years seeking out the obscure and elusive techniques and time
savings skills required t o using his machines (table saw) to their full potential.
