Over 30 years of drawing,  milling, drilling and making things....

Not bragging ....just to let ya know there is some skill involved!

To understand the extent of experience George holds, it is necessary to understand the world of automation and manufacturing.  By trade, George is a certified tool and die maker/repairman. He has worked on thousands of various jigs and tools and dies.  To get a better picture, it is necessary to mention which companies George has had the responsibility to build, or fix, even weld or maintain.  Over the course of 30 years, George has either built or repaired dies, tools and jigs for these companies below. He then  brought his skills with tools, jigs and various skills into the woodworking trade.

parts for trucks were made from wood, and certain companies having very
little use of jigs, or automation methods.

Another comment recently.....
Hello George,

I rec'd my Minnie Cut jig today and just wanted to respond to you with the following: Thank you for this great product. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with the thoughtful detail that was given to everything, the packaging, the quick service, and the instructions for use. It's refreshing to see this level of concern for the customer in today's business world. I certainly would not hesitate to recommend this to all my woodworking friends.....Thanks Again....Don B.......Kinston, NC

"
I really understand what you
mean when you talk about mass producing as opposed to specialized projects.
I work for  ###### and  I have also managed  ##### in the past. Both of the
experiences have given me an understanding of streamlining work processes
to maximize production.  I had not thought of applying this to my woodworking
because it was always just a hobby.  However, woodworking costs way too
much to be just a hobby.  Since reading your web site I have undertaken a
new look at my shop and started working on turning it into a small side business.
I'll keep you posted.   By the way, your emails  have been a great resource,
keep it up."

______________

We have TWO wood jigs, the MASCUT (our duplication/box joint jig)
for making accurate, interchangeable parts in volume, on your table saw.  A
very easy, flexible jig for simple, accurate gauging.  Also,

 the
MINNIE CUT (only for box joints) invented by, and marketed only
by this company.  As of this time, we are the only
source for these two woodworking  jigs.  We also have a video
for box joints (finger joints) and various other woodworking
 products and
fresh ideas.

The idea for the Mascut 1.0 came after 25
years of hands on experience seeing millions and millions of parts made with dies,
  jigs, molds and fixtures.
Now our jigs have found a growing popularity with
schools and professionals.  The motivation for making our products available
was a regret of seeing so many woodshops that apparently
have no duplication capabilities.

Over the top....
Great history may be said to be vague in its translation......
